Tell Your Friends was founded by Matthew Waring — a design leader with nearly a decade of experience building brands and digital products for fast-moving companies.
Before starting the studio, Matthew led design at Springpod — overseeing UX, brand, and product design across a platform used by hundreds of thousands of students. He redesigned the platform's sign-up flow, taking completion rates to 88% and helping 167,000 users through the journey in 12 months. He built a design system that now powers 100% of the platform's features and reduced prototype turnaround time by 35%.
Before that, he led the rebrand of Wyzowl and handled global brand communications at Kantar.
